Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini wrote their analyses without reading one another's conclusions. All three ranked the evidence the same way: BCG strongest, McKinsey qualified, Bain exposed.

🥄 THE FIRST SPOONFUL — Three palates, one ranking

Each Fromage was written without reading the others, according to its own exposure ledger. ChatGPT's 4610 discloses a limited exposure to two visual prompts associated with 4609, and no exposure to its analysis.

🥄 THE SECOND SPOONFUL — What survives every kitchen

After two tracks and three comparisons, these readings stand at every scale:

A person grows when judgment, knowledge, AI, transformation and responsibility rise together.
A business grows when strategic clarity meets applied AI. With both high, BCG measured AI value at 4.5% of revenue, against 0.9% with neither.
A country grows when its people can reach the work. In McKinsey's words: "The next decade's challenge is mobility, not scarcity."
The world economy grows when new value catches up with the capital already committed. Bain puts the gap at about $4.2 trillion a year by 2031.

At every scale, the same rule holds: AI capability is necessary, never sufficient. Strengths don't rescue a zero. McKinsey, BCG and Bain do not state or endorse the g-f Limitless Growth Equation; this mapping is the g-f synthesis of their evidence.

🥄 THE THIRD SPOONFUL — The Chef's concessions

A good table ends with grace. Two of ChatGPT's refinements in 4610 are more precise than Track B's original wording.

Bain. Track B wrote that the $4.2 trillion gap is "a gap in the other four factors." Bain says part of the gap must be filled by new AI applications, such as autonomous systems, physical AI and new products. The more precise wording is ChatGPT's: a full-equation value-creation challenge.
McKinsey. Track B called credentials, wages and geography "institutional choices." Not every wage or geographic condition is chosen by one leader. The more precise reading is institutional access conditions, which leaders can shape but don't fully control.

🥄 THE FOURTH SPOONFUL — What the third palate added

Gemini, the only palate that co-authored neither Track A nor Track B, found two signals in BCG's report that both tracks had passed over:

Unit economics. For agentic systems, the relevant unit is "not cost per token, but cost per successful outcome."
Middle layers. Roughly half of companies expect a workforce reduction of more than 10% in middle management and frontline leadership, against about one-fourth in senior leadership.

A third palate doesn't only judge the dishes. It tastes what the cooks missed.
