π§ EXPOSURE LEDGER
- Fernando's
design. Fernando Machuca asked for three independent comparisons of
the two tracks: this one by Claude (g-f(2)4609), one by ChatGPT
(g-f(2)4610) and one by Gemini (g-f(2)4611). Claude has not read 4610 or
4611.
- Claude's
reading of Track A. Claude read the Track A posts in full on October
11, 2026, for this comparison only, after Track B (g-f(2)4604–4606) was
frozen. The palate was clean while Track B was cooked. It is open now, by
design.
- Prior
exposures:
- Claude
evaluated g-f(2)4594 before the tracks were separated (see g-f(2)4605).
- ChatGPT
evaluated g-f(2)4606 before drafting g-f(2)4607.
- Claude
evaluated g-f(2)4607 after g-f(2)4606 was complete.

TWO KITCHENS. ONE TABLE. THE STRONGEST AGREEMENT IS THE ONE
NOBODY COPIED.
Both tracks read BCG's "plus" as a multiplicative signal, separately
and before either had seen the other's reading.
π Abstract
Track A (Fernando Machuca and ChatGPT) read McKinsey, BCG
and Bain firm by firm across seven posts:
- McKinsey:
g-f(2)4594–4596.
- BCG:
g-f(2)4600–4602.
- Bain:
g-f(2)4607.
Track B (Fernando Machuca and Claude) read all three firms
together through the g-f Limitless Growth Equation in g-f(2)4606.
This post compares them under the canon of g-f(2)4555 and
g-f(2)4605: CONVERGENCE CORROBORATES. DIVERGENCE REVEALS. EVIDENCE SETTLES. THE
HUMAN ADJUDICATES.
It finds:
- four
convergences, each weighted by how independent the two readings were;
- four
divergences, and what each one reveals;
- no
factual contradiction between the tracks on any shared figure.
The final word belongs to Fernando's gavel.
⚖️ I. THE INDEPENDENCE TEST
A convergence counts as corroboration only if neither
kitchen tasted the other's dish first.

π€ II. CONVERGENCES — WHAT CORROBORATES
1. BCG's "plus" behaves like "times."
(Independence: strong)
- Track
A (4600): "The lesson is multiplicative even when BCG expresses
its framework additively."
- Track
B (4606): "The g-f reading: a multiplicative signal."
- Evidence:
BCG's Exhibit 1 shows AI value at 0.9% of revenue with neither capability,
2.0% with applied AI only, 1.8% with strategic clarity only, and 4.5% with
both.
- Both
tracks label the multiplicative reading as g-f synthesis, not BCG's claim.
- This
is the strongest finding of the comparison: two kitchens, no shared
recipe, the same dish.
2. At the firm scale, governance creates value.
(Independence: strong)
- Track
A makes it a law: "Governance is not the brake. Governance is
part of the engine."
- Track
B places agentic controls inside the g-f RL factor.
- Evidence:
BCG reports that companies with all six AI controls in place
enterprise-wide generate three times as much agentic AI value as those
with just one control.
3. McKinsey: the scarce resource is access, not jobs.
(Independence: partial)
- Track
A (4594): "SKILL GAP ≠ ACCESS GAP." "MORE JOBS ARE NOT
ENOUGH. PEOPLE NEED PATHWAYS."
- Track
B (4606): "Jobs are not the scarce resource. Paved pathways
are."
- Evidence:
MGI's own words: "The next decade's challenge is mobility, not
scarcity." Roughly 85% of growing jobs require credentials.
4. Bain: the $4.2 trillion gap is human, not technical.
(Independence: exposed)
- Track
A (4607): "IT IS MISSING HUMAN-LED VALUE CREATION."
- Track
B (4606): "Not mainly a technology gap. It is a gap in the other
four factors."
- The
agreement is real, but it is recorded, not counted as independent
corroboration, because Track A had read Track B first.
π III. DIVERGENCES — WHAT THEY REVEAL
1. Where strategic clarity lives (BCG)
- Track
A maps strategic clarity to HI, and g-f RL to controls, ownership and
oversight.
- Track
B maps strategic clarity to HI guided by g-f RL.
- Evidence:
BCG treats strategic clarity ("getting the big choices right")
and agent controls as separate elements. Track A's split follows BCG's own
structure more closely.
- What
the divergence reveals: g-f RL has two faces. One chooses direction,
which is Track B's reading. The other bounds authority, which is Track A's
reading. Neither track alone showed both.
2. Where g-f GK lives inside the firm (BCG)
- Track
A maps g-f GK to BCG's "enterprise cortex": proprietary
knowledge, ontology, business rules and operating context, kept in a
governed intelligence layer. Its law: "DO NOT OUTSOURCE YOUR
CORTEX."
- Track
B's draft mapped g-f GK to KPIs and value tracking.
- Evidence:
BCG's own text urges companies to "own and protect the enterprise
cortex." Track A's mapping is stronger.
- What
the divergence reveals: the method works. ChatGPT's evaluation of the 4606 draft proposed the enterprise-intelligence reading, and Fernando adopted it before publication. The published g-f(2)4606 carries it. The
cross-reading added value instead of creating noise.
3. What HI means in a workforce transition (McKinsey)
- Track
A reads HI as judgment and agency: the human who navigates the
transition.
- Track
B reads HI as the capacity being moved: skills that travel with the
worker.
- No
evidence settles this, because it is an interpretation, not a fact.
- What
the divergence reveals: in a workforce transition, HI is both the
navigator and the cargo.
4. Depth versus span
- Track
A goes deep, firm by firm, in three formats each: the full reading,
the reading in one image, and the boardroom version (Bain has one full
reading). It extracts more of each report, for example:
- BCG's
10-20-70 rule and six agent controls;
- MGI's
three skill layers;
- Bain's
companion chapter on absorption.
- Track
B goes wide: one factor × firm table across three scales, with a g-f
TSI section.
- What
the divergence reveals: the tracks are complementary, not competing.
Track A is the depth of each dish. Track B is the structure of the meal.
π IV. EVIDENCE — WHAT SETTLES
Every figure that the two tracks share was checked against
the three primary reports, and both tracks report the same values:
- BCG:
0.9/2.0/1.8/4.5%; 7.5% future-built; 17% → 22% → 39%.
- MGI:
11 million; 770,000 a year; 3.6×; 85%.
- Bain:
$780B; $1.5T; $6T; $4.2T.
No factual contradiction was found. Where the tracks differ,
they differ in interpretation, never in evidence.
π¨ V. FOR THE HUMAN GAVEL — CLAUDE'S PROPOSED RULINGS
- Adopt
as corroborated g-f GK: BCG's data carries a multiplicative signal. It
is the strongest independent convergence of the series.
- Adopt
the two faces of g-f RL: responsibility chooses the direction and
bounds the authority.
- Adopt
the enterprise cortex as the firm-scale face of g-f GK, from Track A.
- Record
the Bain convergence as agreement, not as independent corroboration.
- Hold
the HI reading open: navigator and cargo, until 4610 and 4611 weigh
in.
THE HUMAN ADJUDICATES. These are proposals, not rulings.
π± VI. IMPACT ON g-f TSI
- Wisdom
Lever (BPB). Agreement is worth only as much as its independence. The
Big Picture should record how a convergence was reached, not only that it
was reached.
- Leadership
Lever (BPB-TG). g-f RL works at two moments: before the action, by
choosing the direction, and during the action, by bounding authority.
Leaders who govern only one moment leave the other factor exposed.
- Strategy
Lever (BPB-AI). Use parallel AI readings by design. Separate the
kitchens, keep an exposure ledger, compare against the primary evidence,
and reserve the gavel for the human.
⚖️ VII. BOUNDARIES
- This
is Claude's comparison, one of three. It is not the final word, and Claude
is a party to it: Claude is the author of Track B.
- Track
A's readings are quoted from the published posts. Claude did not evaluate
their factual accuracy in full here. It checked only the figures the two
tracks share.
- The
independence ratings depend on the publication dates and the exposure
ledger above.
π§ VIII. JUICE
Two kitchens cooked the same three reports without sharing
recipes, at least on BCG.
They agreed where it matters most: AI value behaves like a product, governance
creates value instead of slowing it, and access, not job count, is the
workforce bottleneck.
They disagreed where agreement would have hidden something: responsibility has
two faces, the firm's g-f GK lives in its cortex, and the human is both the
navigator and the cargo.
No figure was in dispute.
