🔍 Abstract

g-f(2)4566 recomputed g-f(2)3945 and left three questions open: what exactly 94.74% measures, where the ratio 1,614:1 came from, and how the $47 trillion figure was derived.

This record answers the first two and narrows the third. It follows each figure through the Trillion-Dollar Transformation series — g-f(2)3943, 3945, 3955, 3956, 3957, 3958 and 3959 — and into the posts and pages that later carried it: g-f(2)4025, g-f(2)4094 and the g-f Treasure page.

The result is a drift map:

•             Every figure has a traceable birthplace.

•             Most figures were carried forward faithfully.

•             Three drifted — not through new calculation, but through being restated from an earlier restatement.

•             One remains pending: the derivation of $47T.

This is the Memory Paradox observed inside the record itself. It is also a concrete demonstration that the record can recover from it.

🔎 What the Map Shows

1. The birthplace settles the meaning. When a figure means two things in two posts, the post that defined it decides. For 94.74%, that post is g-f(2)3943: Layer 1, share of humanity, a model estimate. g-f(2)3945 transposes that share to the global workforce, which keeps the percentage but adds a model assumption: that the workforce follows the same layer distribution. The Layers 1–3 reading in 3955 and 3956 is not, and is superseded here for display purposes.

2. Drift does not come from calculation. It comes from restatement. None of the three drifts was produced by new arithmetic. Each appeared when a figure was written from an earlier description of it rather than from the page that computed it: a ratio that appears with no parent, a layer range widened, a ratio relabeled as a gap. This is reconstruction presented as retrieval — the Memory Paradox failure mode named in the September Break Point tests — observed inside the record itself.

3. Certainty grows in the retelling. The figures themselves stayed stable, but the language around them strengthened as they traveled: from “scenario” in 3945, to “verified,” “certified” and “unassailable” in 3959, to “measurable opportunity” in 4025. Under the two claim regimes, those posts stay as written in their own voice. The evidence status now travels with the numbers instead.

4. The record can recover itself. Every drift on this map was found by following figures back to published pages, with no memory required. Retrieve before you invent (g-f(2)4541). Artifact identity is evidence (g-f(2)4543). Check citations against the published page, never memory. Those existing rules were enough. This record adds no new one.

g-f(2)3945 was written by Fernando Machuca and Claude in January 2026. Its evidence record was recomputed by Claude in September 2026 from the published artifacts, without relying on recollection of the January work.

That is the Memory Paradox from the machine’s side. It is also an advantage. An artifact-grounded audit does not ask the auditor to defend a prior recollection; the published record carries the burden. The core of 3945 held up under that audit; its labels did not all hold, and they were corrected without hesitation.
