without its record asks to be believed. A number with its record asks to be
checked.
The program
did not wait for an outside auditor to check its biggest numbers. It checked them itself,
in public — and published what held, what did not, and what is still unknown.

๐ Abstract
g-f(2)4565 — THE
BIG PICTURE ROUTING ARCHITECTURE established that every consequential number on
the living Big Picture must lead to its evidence, and that where no record can
yet be inspected, the page must say EVIDENCE RECORD PENDING.
This post replaces
that single, undifferentiated label with a specific status for each of the
program’s largest figures, by doing the work. It is the first evidence
record issued under the g-f(2)4565 claim-record standard. Its referent is g-f(2)3945
— THE TRILLION-DOLLAR TRANSFORMATION (Volume 168 of g-f UTS, Fernando
Machuca and Claude, January 4, 2026), the source of the $47 trillion, $94
trillion, 94.74%, and investment-return figures the Big Picture displays.
Every figure has been
recomputed from 3945’s own stated assumptions. The result is a clear, honest
map:
•
Most displayed calculations reproduce
from 3945’s own inputs.
•
Several labels do not match the arithmetic
they describe — and are corrected here.
•
One headline figure cannot be derived from
any calculation shown, and one ratio still lacks its parent post — both
remain pending.
•
The underlying multipliers remain model
assumptions, not measurements.
g-f(2)3945 stays
published as written. Its corrections live here, where the Big Picture’s CHECK
EVIDENCE route can reach them.
๐ The Record Header
Following
the claim-record minimum set in g-f(2)4565:
•
Referent: g-f(2)3945, as published
January 4, 2026.
•
Model type: scenario model. Productivity
multipliers are assigned to the eight layers of the 8-Layer Pyramid
(g-f(2)3943): Layer 1 = 1.0× · Layer 2 = 1.1× · Layer 3 = 1.3× · Layer 4 = 1.6×
· Layer 5 = 2.0× · Layer 6 = 3.0× · Layer 7 = 5.0× · Layer 8 = 10.0×.
•
Baseline: global GDP $100 trillion,
global workforce 3.5 billion, GDP per worker $28,571 (2024). US: GDP $27
trillion, workforce 165 million, GDP per worker $163,636.
•
Governing formula (as stated in 3945):
workers moved × productivity gain × GDP per worker.
•
Method of this record: every figure
recomputed from the stated inputs; results compared with the published figures;
each discrepancy classified.
•
What this record does not do: it does not
validate the multipliers, the layer distribution, or the causal assumption that
moving between layers produces the stated productivity gain. Those remain model
assumptions.
•
Accountable record owner: Fernando
Machuca. Recomputation: Claude. Source recovery: Grok’s
claim-record recovery of 3945, September 28, 2026.
•
Correction policy: errors, new
derivations and supersessions are logged forward in this record with date,
version, claim affected and rationale.
๐งฎ The Recomputation
|
Figure as published |
Recomputed from 3945’s own inputs |
Finding |
|
94.74% of the modeled global workforce at Layer 1 |
100% minus the other seven layer shares; 3.5B × 94.74% =
3.316B ✓ |
Reproduces. It is a model distribution, not a survey. |
|
$6.1T/yr (10% of workforce, Layer 1 → Layer 4) |
350M × 60% × $28,571 = $6.0T |
Reproduces (rounding). |
|
$16.4T/yr by 2030 |
1.041B × 55% × $28,571 = $16.4T |
Reproduces. |
|
US Scenario A: $1.62T/yr |
16.5M × 60% × $163,636 = $1.62T |
Reproduces. |
|
US Scenario B: $4.86T/yr (“2.2× average”) |
49.5M × 60% × $163,636 = $4.86T |
Number reproduces; label wrong. It was computed with
a 60% gain (1.6×), not 2.2×. |
|
US Scenario C: $11.34T/yr (“2.8× average”) |
99M × 70% × $163,636 = $11.34T |
Number reproduces; label wrong. It was computed with
a 70% gain (1.7×), not 2.8×. |
|
$94T/yr by 2035 |
2035 distribution × layer multipliers = 1.74×–2.03×
average → $74T–$103T (central 1.89× → $88.6T) · full derivation
below |
Within the model’s own range. Two labels conflict
(see below). |
|
$47T/yr opportunity cost |
Stated calculations give $28.4T (Layer 1 → 3) and $56.8T
(Layer 1 → 4) |
Not derivable from any calculation shown. |
|
$857M per Master |
300,000 × 10% × $28,571 = $857M |
Arithmetic reproduces — but it is a one-year gain.
The “lifetime” label is withdrawn pending a lifecycle model. |
|
Government 1,620:1 |
$16.2T ÷ $10B = 1,620 |
Reproduces. Assumes full gain from year 1, full
attribution, no discounting. |
|
Corporate 11.25:1 |
$562.5M ÷ $50M = 11.25 |
Reproduces — but 3945’s summary also prints
“1,125:1,” which is wrong (1,125% = 11.25:1). |
|
Individual 346:1 |
$50K × 173% × 20 years = $1.73M; ÷ $5,000 = 346 |
Reproduces — but 3945’s action section says “$1.9
million,” which does not match. The 500 hours of time are not costed. |
1. Most of the arithmetic reproduces. Most displayed calculations reproduce from
g-f(2)3945’s stated inputs. The $47T point estimate does not reproduce from any
calculation shown; it remains pending. Several labels, scopes and summary
statements also require correction or qualification. The model is internally
computable, which is the first thing an evidence record must establish.
2. A
correction to the evaluators, including myself. In the review of 3945, Grok
and I reported that US Scenarios B and C “do not follow their own formula” and
appeared understated. The recomputation shows the opposite kind of defect: the
numbers follow the formula exactly, with 60% and 70% gains; it is the stated
averages, 2.2× and 2.8×, that are wrong. The published dollar figures are
the conservative ones. The evaluators’ finding is corrected here, in the same
public record.
3. The
$94 trillion figure — what it actually is. It is the 2035 annual
increase over a $100 trillion baseline held flat, and it lies inside the
model’s own range of $74T–$103T. Three labels around it need correcting:
•
3945 states an average of “2.2×,” which would
give +$120T, not +$94T. The figure corresponds to about 1.94×.
•
The timeline column titled “Cumulative Gain”
actually shows each year’s annual gain over 2026. The true cumulative
sum of that column is $366T; 3945’s text states $324T.
•
Against 3945’s own status-quo path ($120T by
2035), the 2035 difference is $74T, not $94T. The $94T is measured
against a frozen economy.

On the
$100T baseline held flat, the gain is $73.8T · $88.6T · $103.4T. The
published $94T requires 1.94× and lies inside that range. The timeline's year-by-year gains — $3.4T + $7.8T + $13.2T + $16.4T + $32.5T + $51.0T + $67.5T + $80.2T + $94.0T (2027–2035) — sum to $366T, against the $324T stated in 3945’s text.
4. The
$47 trillion figure cannot yet be derived. 3945 shows two calculations —
$28.4T (Layer 1 → 3) and $56.8T (Layer 1 → 4) — and then states $47T without a
formula. These are two separate scenarios, not an uncertainty range, and no
midpoint is asserted. Until the derivation is recovered, $47T remains pending,
with its two related scenarios shown beside it.
5. The
network values must not be added to the index. The Layer 7 and Layer 8
multipliers already include teaching and innovation. The coaching-tree values
($857M per Master and its aggregates) are computed separately. Any total that
adds both double-counts. Displayed separately, both are legitimate; added together,
they are not.
6. One
parent is still missing. The Big Picture’s government ratio of 1,614:1
does not appear in 3945, whose figure is 1,620:1. The later post that
produced 1,614:1 must be identified before that ratio is displayed again.
๐ท️ The Status
Labels — Ready for the Living Page
Under
the evidence gateway of g-f(2)4565, the single “EVIDENCE RECORD PENDING” label
can now be replaced with a specific, truthful status for each figure:
•
$94T — 2035 scenario point within a
$73.8T–$103.4T model band · central case $88.6T · frozen $100T baseline ·
evidence record: g-f(2)4566
•
$47T — point estimate not derivable
from published calculations · related scenarios: $28.4T (Layer 1 → 3), $56.8T
(Layer 1 → 4) · no midpoint asserted · derivation pending · evidence record:
g-f(2)4566
•
94.74% — modeled global-workforce distribution (g-f(2)3943) · not a survey · evidence record: g-f(2)4566
•
1,620:1 · 11.25:1 — gross modeled
benefit-to-cost ratios · arithmetic reproduced · not realized ROI · evidence
record: g-f(2)4566
•
346:1 — gross income-gain-to-fee
scenario ratio · excludes participant time · evidence record: g-f(2)4566
•
$857M per Master — annual modeled gain
· “lifetime” label withdrawn · evidence record: g-f(2)4566
•
1,614:1 — evidence record pending;
parent post not yet identified
Behind every label traced to g-f(2)3945 stands the same evidence status: g-f scenario model · arithmetic
recomputed by Claude · source recovered by Grok · open to independent
inspection · not externally corroborated · not independently replicated.
That
is not a weaker claim. It is a claim that can be defended in any room.
๐งญ What Remains Open
An
evidence record states the limits of its own search. Still open:
1.
The multipliers. Whether Layer 4 workers
really produce 1.6× — or Layer 8 produces 10× — has not been measured. That is
the next and larger task: calibrating the model against real productivity data.
2.
The $47T derivation and the 1,614:1
parent.
3.
Sensitivity beyond the layer bands,
discounting, and a growing baseline economy.
4.
External corroboration or replication by
a party outside the program.
๐ Aperture Statement
1.
Scope. This record recomputes
g-f(2)3945’s arithmetic from its own stated inputs. It does not test the truth
of those inputs.
2.
Two claim regimes. g-f(2)3945 remains
published as written, in the voice of January 2026. Corrections route forward
to this record; the original is not silently rewritten.
3.
Correction of the evaluators. The earlier
finding by Grok and Claude on US Scenarios B and C is superseded by this
record.
4.
No new canon. No sixth pillar, new
cylinder, fifth Keep-Line, or new law. “Evidence record” is the claim-record
mechanism already specified in g-f(2)4565.
5.
True North. Human Flourishing.
๐ Executive Closing
Every
serious institution eventually faces its own numbers.
The genioux
facts program chose to face its largest ones openly: to rebuild them from their
own assumptions, to show where they held and where the words around them did
not, and to correct its own evaluators in the same breath.
The result is
not a smaller program. It is a program whose numbers now lead somewhere — to a
record anyone can open, check and challenge.
