Monideepa Tarafdar
Monideepa Tarafdar is the Charles J. Dockendorff Endowed Professor of Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management¹². She also serves as the PhD Coordinator in Information Systems Operations & Information Management¹.

Alexander Benlian
Professor Alexander Benlian is the Director of the Endowed Chair for Information Systems & Electronic Services at the Technical University of Darmstadt (TU Darmstadt)¹. He has held this position since 2012¹. Prior to this, he was at the University of Munich (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München), where he received his PhD and worked as an Assistant Professor¹.
